The best of Lake Norman homes, all in one place
Lakeside Living Home & Design is a new annual publication created for the Lake Norman Home Builders Association. It will bring together the builders, remodelers, architects, designers and home service companies shaping homes across Lake Norman and the greater Charlotte area.
Designed as a resource homeowners can keep and revisit throughout the year, the magazine will feature inspiring projects, educational articles, industry trends and useful local resources.
The inaugural issue is planned for January 2027.
A publication with a focused local audience
Approximately 20,000 copies are planned for USPS delivery to selected lakefront and lakeside homes in Cornelius, Mooresville, Davidson, Huntersville and Denver. Additional copies will be printed for Home Builders Association members and professionals in the building and home service industries.
The publication is designed to reach homeowners interested in building, remodeling, maintaining and enjoying their homes.

Advertising opportunities are available for businesses serving Lake Norman homeowners and the residential building and design industry. Options include:
